Stage Setup

We can deploy a complete system anywhere with power, internet, and floor space. Our turnkey, free-standing setup includes all the software, equipment, and crew needed to capture incredible content.

Pre-Light Day

Before your shoot, we schedule a pre-light day to set up the system, test lighting, and ensure everything is dialed in for optimal capture so we can troubleshoot early and maximize efficiency on production day.

Shipping & Travel

Remote volumetric production requires shipping the system and covering travel for at least two operators. Shipping typically ranges from $1,000 to $10,000+, depending on location.

Transport, hotel, and per diem fees for (2) crew members. All travel is to/from New York City.
Shipping the Evercoast core equipment to the shoot location. This can range from $1,000 to $10,000+.
Record as much as you need during the shoot. Once you’ve reviewed the footage, tell us how many minutes you want to turn into final renders.
Minutes
We can provide audio capture hardware, an audio engineer, and simple cleanup of the audio post-production. Or you can bring your own.
Playback SDKs
Evercoast provides open format deliverables (e.g. OBJ and PLY sequences) that do not require any SDK. For advanced compression and playback, we provide tools that require an SDK. For more information, see Developer Tools and our Documentation.
